Kharyaga Oil and Gas is one of the largest independent petroleum refiners and suppliers of unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstocks, lubricants and other petroleum products in the Russia.

Kharyaga Refinery


The structure of Kharyaga Oil and Gas includes a refinery, in Kharyaga, Russian Federation.

The Kharyaga refinery is one of the largest refineries in Russia. The refinery are estimated to 45 / 55 million tons. Kharyaga's reserves, estimated at 160.4 million metric tons (1.2 billion bbl) of oil. The Refinery was awarded the Russian Federation Government Prize for great achievements in products quality enhancement.

The Kharyaga refinery is implementing a large-scale effort to upgrade its operational facilities. More than two tens of significant refining facilities have been refurbished and developed in recent years, resulting in the construction of a high-end deep oil processing facility comprised of hydro-cracking, visbreaking, and catalytic reforming units.

Operations


The Kharyaga refinery was able to dramatically expand its oil processing depth and light product production by gradually updating its operational facilities.

The current operating facilities are improved, and new process units are built, as part of the Refinery development program. The Catalytic Cracking and Benzene Production Plants, Tar Visbreaking Unit, Gasoline Hydrodesulfurization Unit, Diesel Oil Hydrotreatment Unit, HF Alkylation Unit, Isomerization Unit, Residual Fuel Vacuum Distillation Unit, Combined Plant for Production of Gasoline High-Octane Components, and other industrial facilities were all completed in recent years by the Enterprise.

Manufacturing


The Kharyaga refinery produced 3.2 million tons of motor gasoline and 4.9 million tones of diesel oil, as well as 8.2 million tons of light oil products, which included 2.3 million tons of motor gasoline and 3.8 million tons of diesel oil. The Kharyaga Refinery (within the company's share) produced 2.0 million tons of light oil products during the reporting period, comprising 0.9 million tones of motor gasoline and 1.1 million tons of diesel oil.

All motor fuels produced by Kharyaga refineries meet the Euro-5 environmental standard.
